Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Relay WayX application ("App") operated by Relay WayX ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Relay WayX provides a secure network privacy application that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through secure proxy servers to protect your online privacy. The App supports multiple operating modes:

• Free Mode: A standalone secure network client that allows you to import your own subscription links or protocol URLs (VMess, VLESS, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria2, WireGuard, TUIC) without requiring an account.
• Subscription Mode: Managed service through a service provider, with account registration and access to provider-hosted server nodes.

3. Account Registration

Account registration is required only for Subscription Mode features. Free Mode can be used without an account. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free Mode features are available at no cost
• Some Subscription Mode features may require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions may be billed through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or directly through your service provider
• App Store/Play Store subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's refund policy

5. User-Imported Content

When using the subscription import feature, you are solely responsible for:

• The legality and legitimacy of any subscription links or server configurations you import
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to use the imported server nodes
• Any costs associated with third-party server usage

We do not host, operate, or control third-party proxy servers accessed through user-imported subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Third-party server availability is outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Relay WayX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay WayX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any issues arising from user-imported subscription links or third-party server connections.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use managed service features ceases immediately. Locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. 服务描述

Relay WayX 提供安全网络隐私应用程序，通过加密您的互联网连接并将其路由至安全代理服务器来保护您的在线隐私。本应用支持多种运行模式：

• 免费模式：独立安全网络客户端，允许您导入自己的订阅链接或协议地址（VMess、VLESS、Trojan、Shadowsocks、Hysteria2、WireGuard、TUIC），无需注册账户。
• 订阅模式：通过服务提供商的托管服务，需要注册账户并访问提供商托管的服务器节点。

3. 账户注册

仅订阅模式功能需要注册账户。免费模式无需账户即可使用。创建账户后，您有责任维护账户凭据的保密性，并对账户下的所有活动负责。

4. 订阅与付款

• 免费模式功能免费提供
• 部分订阅模式功能可能需要付费订阅
• 订阅费用可能通过 Apple App Store、Google Play 或直接通过您的服务提供商收取
• 应用商店订阅将自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消
• 您可以在设备的账户设置中管理和取消订阅
• 退款按照相应平台的退款政策处理

5. 用户导入内容

使用订阅导入功能时，您对以下内容承担全部责任：

• 您导入的任何订阅链接或服务器配置的合法性
• 确保您拥有使用导入的服务器节点的适当授权
• 与使用第三方服务器相关的任何费用

我们不托管、运营或控制通过用户导入的订阅访问的第三方代理服务器。

6. 可接受的使用

您同意不使用本应用进行以下活动：

• 从事任何违法活动
• 传播恶意软件、病毒或有害代码
• 发送垃圾邮件或未经请求的通信
• 侵犯他人的知识产权
• 试图未经授权访问系统或网络
• 干扰或中断服务

7. 服务可用性

我们努力保持高可用性，但不保证服务不间断或无错误。我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务任何方面的权利。第三方服务器的可用性不在我们的控制范围之内。

8. 知识产权

本应用及其内容、功能和特性归 Relay WayX 所有，受版权、商标和其他知识产权法的保护。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Relay WayX 不对因您使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。这包括但不限于因用户导入的订阅链接或第三方服务器连接而产生的任何问题。

10. 终止

如果您违反本条款，我们可以随时终止或暂停您的账户。终止后，您使用托管服务功能的权利立即终止。本地存储的数据将保留在您的设备上，直到您卸载本应用。

11. 条款变更

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。在变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受修改后的条款。

12. 适用法律

本条款应依据适用法律进行解释和执行，不考虑法律冲突原则。
