Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Relay WayX application ("App") operated by Relay WayX ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Relay WayX is a free, secure network connectivity client designed to help users manage encrypted connections to infrastructure they control or trust. The App does not operate, host, or provide any server infrastructure. No account registration is required.

Users can import their own connection profiles to connect to infrastructure they manage or obtain from trusted providers. All connection profiles are stored locally on the user's device.

3. User-Imported Configuration

When using the configuration import feature, you are solely responsible for:

• The legality and legitimacy of any connection profiles or endpoint configurations you import
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to use the imported connection endpoints
• Any costs associated with third-party infrastructure usage
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Relay WayX does not host, operate, or control third-party infrastructure accessed through user-imported configurations.

4. Home Screen Widget

The App offers an optional Home Screen widget for quick access to VPN controls and status. By using the widget, you acknowledge that VPN connections initiated from the widget are subject to the same terms as connections initiated from the main app. Relay WayX is not liable for any unintended connections resulting from accidental widget interactions. Widget status display may be subject to system refresh delays.

5. Multi-Provider Profiles

The App allows you to save multiple service provider profiles. You are solely responsible for the credentials you store and the providers you connect to. Relay WayX does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any third-party service provider. You must comply with each provider's own terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or any connected infrastructure

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. Third-party infrastructure availability is outside our control and responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Relay WayX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay WayX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any issues arising from user-imported connection profiles, third-party infrastructure connections, widget-initiated actions, or multi-provider management. Relay WayX is a client-side tool and bears no responsibility for the operation or availability of external infrastructure.

10. Termination

We may restrict access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• 您导入的任何连接配置或端点配置的合法性
• 确保您拥有使用导入连接端点的适当授权
• 与使用第三方基础设施相关的任何费用
• 遵守您所在司法管辖区的所有适用法律法规

Relay WayX 不托管、运营或控制通过用户导入配置访问的第三方基础设施。

4. 主屏幕小组件

本应用提供可选的主屏幕小组件，用于快速访问 VPN 控制和状态。使用小组件即表示您确认，从小组件发起的 VPN 连接与从主应用发起的连接适用相同的条款。Relay WayX 不对因意外触碰小组件造成的非预期连接承担责任。小组件状态显示可能受系统刷新延迟影响。

5. 多服务商配置

本应用允许您保存多个服务商配置。您对所存储的凭证和所连接的服务商承担全部责任。Relay WayX 不为任何第三方服务商提供背书、验证或承担责任。您必须遵守各服务商自身的服务条款。

6. 可接受的使用

您同意不使用本应用进行以下活动：

• 从事任何违法活动
• 传播恶意软件、病毒或有害代码
• 发送垃圾邮件或未经请求的通信
• 侵犯他人的知识产权
• 试图未经授权访问系统或网络
• 干扰或中断服务或任何连接的基础设施

7. 服务可用性

我们努力保持本应用的高可用性，但不保证不间断或无错误运行。我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用任何方面的权利。第三方基础设施的可用性不在我们的控制和责任范围之内。

8. 知识产权

本应用及其内容、功能和特性归 Relay WayX 所有，受版权、商标和其他知识产权法的保护。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Relay WayX 不对因您使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。这包括但不限于因用户导入的连接配置、第三方基础设施连接、小组件发起的操作或多服务商管理而产生的任何问题。Relay WayX 是客户端工具，不对外部基础设施的运营或可用性承担责任。

10. 终止

如果您违反本条款，我们可以随时限制您对本应用的访问。本地存储的数据将保留在您的设备上，直到您卸载本应用。

11. 条款变更

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。在变更后继续使用本应用即表示接受修改后的条款。

12. 适用法律

本条款应依据适用法律进行解释和执行，不考虑法律冲突原则。
