Relay WayX ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application Relay WayX (the "App").
Relay WayX is a secure network connectivity client that helps users manage encrypted connections to infrastructure they control or trust. The App does not operate, host, or provide any public server infrastructure. No account registration is required.
Users can import their own connection profiles to connect to infrastructure they manage or obtain from trusted providers. All connection profiles are stored locally on your device only. Relay WayX is solely a client-side tool — users are responsible for selecting and managing the servers they connect to.
Device Information: We may collect limited device information, such as device model and operating system version, to ensure app compatibility and optimize performance. This information does not personally identify you.
Connection Metadata: In order to maintain service reliability and security, minimal technical operational data may be temporarily processed, such as connection timestamps and bandwidth usage statistics. This information is strictly technical in nature and is never linked to your browsing activity, visited websites, or any content you access.

Relay WayX offers an optional Home Screen widget that displays your connection status, traffic statistics, and node name. The widget can also toggle your VPN connection and switch route modes. All data the widget accesses is read from a shared on-device container (App Group) and is never transmitted to any server. The widget does not collect any additional data beyond what the main app already stores locally.
Relay WayX supports saving multiple service provider profiles for quick switching. Provider credentials and activation codes are stored exclusively in the device's secure Keychain. No provider credentials are transmitted to our servers.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Sensitive credentials are stored using platform-native secure storage mechanisms (e.g., Keychain on iOS/macOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android).
Relay WayX does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
The App may incorporate third-party technical services (such as crash reporting or basic diagnostics) solely for the purpose of maintaining app stability and improving performance. These services, if used, do not track your browsing activity, visited websites, or any content you access through the App.
Locally stored data (connection profiles, settings) can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the App. Relay WayX does not retain any personal data on our servers.

Relay WayX is a general audience service and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
