What tools are included?

Relay WayX includes a comprehensive set of network diagnostic tools:

Is my diagnostic data uploaded?

No. All diagnostic results (speed test, ping, DNS lookup, etc.) are processed and displayed locally on your device. No diagnostic data is transmitted to our servers.

Connection Management

Does Relay WayX provide servers?

No. Relay WayX is a network toolkit and connection client. It does not operate, host, or provide any server infrastructure. Users connect to infrastructure they manage themselves or obtain from trusted providers.

How do I get started?

Open the app to access the network diagnostic tools immediately. To use connection management features, enter a site identifier provided by your infrastructure provider, or manually import a connection profile in Free Mode.

What is Free Mode?

Free Mode gives you full access to all network diagnostic tools without an account. You can also import your own connection profiles to manage connections to infrastructure you control or trust.

How do I import a connection profile?

Navigate to the connection management tab and tap the "+" button. Paste your configuration URL or profile, optionally add a label, and tap confirm. The app will automatically parse and load your connection endpoints.

What is the difference between Rule Mode and Global Mode?

Rule Mode: Applies routing rules to selectively manage traffic. Only matching traffic is routed through the connection, while other traffic is sent directly. Efficient for everyday use.
Global Mode: Routes all traffic through the connection for comprehensive coverage.

Connection issues — what should I do?

Is my data safe?

Yes. Relay WayX does not collect browsing activity, website destinations, or user content. All diagnostic results are processed locally. Imported connection profiles are stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Home Screen Widget

How do I add the widget to my Home Screen?

Long-press on your Home Screen, tap the "+" button in the top corner, search for "Relay WayX", and choose either the small or medium widget size. The widget displays your connection status, node name, and traffic stats.

Can I connect or disconnect VPN from the widget?

Yes. Tap the power button on the widget to toggle your VPN connection. On the medium widget, you can also tap the route mode pill to switch between Smart and Full routing. These actions work directly from the widget on iOS 17+.

Does the widget collect any data?

No. The widget reads connection status and traffic data from a shared on-device container. No data is transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

QR Code Login

How do I use QR code login?

If your service provider supports QR login, you can scan a QR code from the provider's website to log in instantly — no need to type your email and password. Tap the scan icon on the login page or the Configure page to open the scanner.

Can I confirm desktop client login from my phone?

Yes. When a desktop client displays a login QR code, scan it with the app on your phone. A confirmation dialog will appear showing the device name. Tap "Confirm" to authorize the desktop login.

Multi-Provider Management

What is Multi-Provider Mode?

Multi-Provider Mode allows you to save multiple service provider profiles and quickly switch between them. Each profile stores the provider's credentials securely in your device's Keychain.

How do I switch providers?

Go to Settings > Saved Providers and tap the provider you want to switch to. You can also use the "Switch" button on the Configure page. The app will disconnect from the current provider and reconnect to the selected one.

Are my provider credentials secure?

Yes. All provider credentials and activation codes are stored in the device's secure Keychain and are never transmitted to Relay WayX servers.

无法连接怎么办?

我的数据安全吗?

主屏幕小组件

如何将小组件添加到主屏幕?

长按主屏幕空白处,点击左上角"+"按钮,搜索"Relay WayX",选择小尺寸或中尺寸小组件。小组件会显示连接状态、节点名称和流量统计。

可以从小组件连接或断开 VPN 吗?

可以。点击小组件上的电源按钮即可切换 VPN 连接。中尺寸小组件还可以点击路由模式胶囊,在智能模式和全局模式之间切换。这些操作在 iOS 17+ 上可直接在小组件内完成。

扫码登录

如何使用扫码登录?

如果您的服务商支持扫码登录,可以扫描服务商网站上的二维码即时登录,无需手动输入邮箱和密码。在登录页面或配置页面点击扫码图标即可打开扫描器。

可以用手机确认桌面端登录吗?

可以。当桌面客户端显示登录二维码时,使用手机 App 扫码。屏幕上会弹出确认对话框并显示设备名称,点击"确认"即可授权桌面端登录。

多服务商管理

什么是多服务商模式?

多服务商模式允许您保存多个服务商配置并快速切换。每个配置会将服务商凭证安全存储在设备的钥匙串(Keychain)中。

如何切换服务商?

前往设置 > 已保存的服务商,点击要切换的服务商即可。您也可以在配置页面使用"切换"按钮。应用会断开当前服务商并连接到所选服务商。

我的服务商凭证安全吗?

安全。所有服务商凭证和激活码均存储在设备的安全钥匙串中,不会传输至 Relay WayX 服务器。
