How do I connect?
Open the app and tap the connect button on the home screen. The app will automatically select the best server for you, or you can choose a specific server from the node list.
What is Free Mode?
Free Mode allows you to use Relay WayX as a standalone secure network client without registering an account. You can import your own subscription links or protocol URLs (VLESS, VLESS Reality, Trojan, VMess, Shadowsocks, Hysteria/Hysteria2, TUIC, WireGuard) and connect directly.
How do I import a subscription link?
In Free Mode, tap the "+" button on the node list screen. Paste your subscription URL or protocol link, optionally add a remark name, and tap confirm. The app will automatically parse and load your server nodes.
What is the difference between Rule Mode and Global Mode?
Rule Mode: Only routes traffic matching specific rules through the proxy, while other traffic goes directly. This is more efficient for daily use.
Global Mode: Routes all traffic through the proxy server. Use this when you need full protection.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store can be managed in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. For service provider subscriptions, contact your provider directly.
Can I use Relay WayX on multiple devices?
Yes. Relay WayX is available on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The number of simultaneous connections depends on your subscription plan.
The app won't connect. What should I do?
How do I test node latency?
Tap the speed test icon on the node list screen. The app will test TCP connection latency to all nodes and display the results with signal bars.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use AES-256-GCM encryption and do not log your browsing activity. Locally imported subscriptions are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

如何管理我的订阅？
通过 Apple App Store 购买的订阅可以在 iPhone 的 设置 > Apple ID > 订阅 中管理。如果是服务提供商的订阅，请直接联系您的提供商。
Relay WayX 可以在多个设备上使用吗？
可以。Relay WayX 支持 iOS、Android、Windows、macOS 和 Linux。可同时连接的设备数量取决于您的订阅套餐。
